Here we are working on a client’s silver maple (acer saccharinum). Notice how high the original soil is up the base of the tree and the girdling root which we removed.  

We are thrilled to introduce to you a dynamic and effective service we identify as SORREP (Soil Remediation Root Enhancement Practices). We are attempting to recreate the natural forest ecosphere, which has been displaced by our built environment, by removing compacted soils and competing vegetation using compressed air and then installing a bed of nutritious compost. This provides the roots with organic material for decomposition, moisture conservation and temperature moderation, giving them the boost they need to stave off drought, insects and disease.
